We operate a program for disabled adults, we had Mobile wrench out to perform a DOT inspection, and make repairs as necessary on a small bus. They ended up needing to do a brake job, simple enough. We drove the small bus less than 4000 miles before things started to fall apart. I bolt securing the brake caliper bracket came out and caused damage to the rotors, and brakes forcing us to get the work done again. I submitted a claim with Mobile Wrench with pictures of the damage before we had it repaired with another shop. The Shop we had the issue diagnosed at insured us that this could only happen due to the negligence and carelessness of a bad brake job. After waiting almost 2 months they reached out and told us we didn't follow up with them first to inspect it and therefore they will not cover any of the additional expenses that they caused us to have. None of this was disclosed when I originally called to explain the situation. Staffs lack of knowledge of how to handle the situation was evident. Take your business elsewhere!

When I had a tech come out because my A/C quit working. They needed to do an estimate. Dennis who does the estimate was very quick to get it set to me. I’m very happy with the work that Mobile Wrench did for us.

🚨 Buyer Beware – Avoid This Company! 🚨 This company is outrageously overpriced and delivers incomplete, sloppy work. They spent hours “diagnosing” our vehicle, got it barely started, and then left without actually completing the repair. They missed a major issue, overlooked a hole in the intake system caused by the burnt alternator, and left the vehicle still running poorly. Instead of fixing the problem, they just told us what we needed to do—while still charging us $2,100. On top of that, we had to spend another $2,000 with a different shop to get it repaired correctly. They charge $210/hour plus endless extra fees—tech fee, service fee, shop fee, fuel surcharge—you name it. After 1.5 hours of “diagnosis” and 6 hours of supposed “repairs,” we were left with a broken vehicle and a massive bill. This company nickel-and-dimes you at every turn, fails to do the work properly, and has no integrity. Save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.

We had an issue with our generator and Josh came out and took care of it fast. What really stood out was how he walked me through everything — not just what was wrong, but how each part worked and what had failed. He showed me exactly where the issue was and made sure I understood it all before doing any work. That level of respect and transparency is rare, especially as a woman dealing with mechanics. Most places rush you off or don’t bother explaining anything, but Josh was patient, professional, and treated me like a capable adult.
